General Italian courses run all year round with a programme divided into 6 levels, according to the CEFR Common European Framework, from beginner to advanced level (A1-C2). All the courses develop practical communication skills. Students from the age of 16 are accepted and the minimum period of attendance is one week.

The size of the classes is a maximum of 10 participants, meaning that your teacher will get to know your individual strengths and weaknesses as the course progresses and be able to help you with any language obstacle you may encounter.

This is a specific exam preparation course for the official certification CELI (released by the University for Foreigners of Perugia).

It is particularly useful for those who want to work or study in Italy or in any other country which requires a certain level of Italian. Accademia Italiana is an authorized exam centre for the University for foreigners of Siena and organizes preparation courses for the exams which are held twice yearly in June and December.

This course is perfect for those who wish to learn the secrets of Italian cooking with a particular emphasis on the Campania region specialities. The lessons are taught by an expert chef who teaches students how to prepare and complete dishes: hors d'oeuvres, pasta, meat and vegetables dishes, pizza and desserts. Courses for professionals are also offered in collaboration with Incibum.
