How we create the points regarding what we like/dislike about a school
Location: Dubrovnik Language School is located in the historical city of Dubrovnik, southern Croatia. The school is housed close to the city centre and only 500m from the Old Town. Within walking distance of the school are supermarkets, eateries, banks, pharmacies and several of the city's attractions such as Lovrijenac, Pile Gate, "Kings Landing", the 14th-century gate Vrata od Ploča, Sponza Palace and more. The beach is also just a 10-minute walk from the school.
Course selection: The school supplies summer courses to students aged from 12 years. These general language programmes are available to learn Croatian, German and English.
Getting around: Dubrovnik Language School's central location allows students to see the wonders and history of Dubrovnik on foot. Walking is most likely the best way to take in the city and its surroundings. The Dubrovnik bus station is within a 30-minute walk or a 13-minute taxi ride from the school's front doors.
Social and cultural: Dubrovnik has a vast amount of history and sites of cultural interest, many of which are within walking distance of the school. In addition to this, the school also provides various activities and excursions, including boat trips to the nearby islands, beach days and going out in the evening to local restaurants, eateries and clubs.

Our teachers are qualified and experienced language teachers.
The course is based on a book and on work sheet.

Special note for 2024 holiday season: If you plan to take a course during the high season months of April, June, July or August 2024 we urgently advise you to book as early as possible. In 2023 many schools were fully booked during the holidays, and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2024 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.
