The school is housed within Fordham University, which was established in 1841 and is a prestigious private research university in New York City. The expansive green garden space surrounding the school and the 19th-century building within which the course takes place, offer students unique learning and life experiences, on the doorstep of New York City and downtown Manhattan. With the JFK International Airport within a 25-minute drive of the school, students have convenient access to all arrivals and departures.
Course selection: Course selection consists of a Standard Junior programme and a Discovery programme, which includes 2 dinners in Manhattan per week, in addition to a well-rounded selection of social and entertainment activities. Every programme includes excursions and activities, ensuring that all Junior students get the most value from their time in New York City. These excursions may include trips to Midtown and Empire State Building, Ellie Island and Statue of Liberty, and the Metropolitan Museum and Central Park.
School facilities: The school's modern yet traditional classrooms give students an excellent atmosphere for learning. Ardmore Language Schools New York has a wide range of sporting facilities including a multipurpose sports hall, tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool, ensuring a lively and vibrant atmosphere for interaction and games with peers.
