Location: Ardmore Language Schools Oxford is located in the historic and culturally rich Oxford, in central southern England. The school is housed within Oxford University's Worcester College, in the heart of the city. A college that promotes an informal, vibrant and supportive community, Ardmore Language Schools Oxford provides unique programmes full of opportunities for Junior students to explore the life of a student in Oxford. All London airports are around an hour car journey from the school with Oxford International only a short 25-minute journey away, ensuring that students have easy access to international arrivals and departures.
Accommodation: Accommodation is available in Residential facilities on campus. The facilities are new and modern single rooms with en-suite.
Course selection: Course selection is strictly for Junior students. All programmes include at least one full-day excursion and one half-day excursion per week.
Social and Cultural: Excursions included in the programme may consist of day trips to Windsor and London in addition to visits to local colleges and museums. Talks and tours of local universities with Undergraduate students are also popular additions to the programme, giving students a well-rounded understanding of further education. Activities can include Punting on the River Cherwell and excursions to Westminster, London and more. Students also have daily evening activities and entertainment programmes.
School facilities: The school facilities at Worchester College are world-class and historic, having been founded over 300 years ago!

The courses are based on the communicative approach to learning English
Students will take a placement test on arrival to sort them into the right class for their level

Special note for 2024 holiday season: If you plan to take a course during the high season months of April, June, July or August 2024 we urgently advise you to book as early as possible. In 2023 many schools were fully booked during the holidays, and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2024 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.
