Location: Ardmore Language Schools San Francisco is located in the cultural, commercial and financial capital of North California, San Francisco, USA. Housed in one of the USA's top-ranking Universities, UC Berkeley, students have a vast historic central campus spread across 178 acres of land, all located within the beautiful San Francisco Bay area. San Franciso International Airport is a short car journey or a 90-minute train ride away, ensuring that students have excellent access for international arrivals and departures.
School facilities: The facilities at UC Berkeley are of a high standard, offering Junior students all they need to have an extraordinary time and experience. The school has large common areas, an indoor sports hall, astroturf sports pitches and a large swimming pool. The expansive 178-acre campus, allows students to feel involved in the bigger picture of further education in San Francisco and is sure to leave many lasting memories for years to come.
Course selection: Course selection offers a choice of immersive programmes for Junior students. These programmes include an Academic programme (business insight, robotics and coding), a City Discovery programme and an Experience Volunteer programme, designed for students to undertake a volunteer experience whilst practising their language skills with members of the local community. The City Discovery programmes can be split with another school on the West Coast, should a student wish to visit more than one school during their time with Ardmore.
Additional information: All courses are immersive, including 24-hour security, meals and Residential accommodation in twin or triple rooms with shared facilities.
