Pre-Intermediate level develops and builds on vocabulary and communication skills to enable participation in social and business situations.

Intermediate level develops student’s communication skills needed for many social situations and specific interest situations work or study.

Upper-Intermediate level develops proficiency needed for study, work or other special situations. It prepares students for tertiary study.

Bridging programme with Pathway to State Schools and some Private Schools designed to prepare students for entry into Australian high schools.

Intensive and in-depth English language programme which prepares international students for mainstream high school studies.

The course covers English Language, Literature, Humanities and Social Sciences, Health and Physical Education, Mathematics, Science, and cross-curricular activities (including STEM).

AICOL is able to offer prospective students a pathway to Public Schools and many Private Schools. Students who are entering Year 7 to Year 11 in Australian secondary schools can enrol in the AICOL HSP programme. They can study and achieve the English language requirement for direct entry into the nominated high school. The structured ESL content in the course will also include:

  In addition, up to 5 hours per week will be dedicated to facilitating the student’s learning of practical mathematical and science vocabulary. All AICOL staff use their best endeavours to impart an understanding of the importance of ethics and traditional values.

English for Young Learners can be taken for as short a period as one week on a tourist visa, or up to six months on a student visa. The course also provides a basis for entry to an Australian primary school, and AICOL can assist in primary school placement. Placement with Australian families through the school's own homestay placement service is available - no extra fee for guardianship. Airport transfers are available.

English Course for Kids is the school's specialty. AICOL is famous for their quality English course for kids aged 6 to 13 years. The Young Learner English course for kids is CRICOS registered. Not many English language schools can say this. It means the course is registered with the Federal Government and children can study for more than 12 weeks. The school accepts young students from 6 on a student visa at any time of the year, not just during holiday periods. Cambridge B2 First (formerly FCE) course is designed for students who want to achieve an internationally recognized Certificate in English language ability.

The Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) exam is recognized in most countries as the benchmark test for English language level ability. There is a strong emphasis on new vocabulary and grammar and their use in various contexts.
