“Staff are great, very patient, and very friendly. Quality of teaching is high. Lots of small things they do are quite cool - e.g. the ones who are not teaching make themselves available and speak to you during breaks (ad hoc practice sessions). I did not rate the social activities or accommodation because I did not experience either. The students who did seemed quite satisfied.”
Insider tip: “I struggled to find the school with apple maps - no problem with Google. Suffice to say it is right next to the ismetpasa tram stop.”

“The best was my excellent, "5-star" teacher GISE. Her way of explaining Turkish grammar, to motivate the students to speak and to improve their pronunciation/"listening" comprehension is "perfect". It was a pleasure. I made a lot of progress.”

“The teachers are nice and helpful. We did not have the right level for us at the beginning. It was remedied the same day after we said that we feel overwhelmed. - Time passed quickly.”

Other comments: The school is very difficult to find because street signs are missing. It would be better to describe the location like this: Exit at the fast new streetcar in the direction of ..., then cross the street, in the house of the curtain store on the 4th floor.

“Only the lessons. I had a great teacher (native speaker) who was interested in teaching the language. He had a great teaching method. I enjoyed it very much.”

Other comments: I wanted to get the certificate on the last day. But I had to return to the school 3 days later. For that reason, I could not really plan my remaining vacation. That really annoyed me because I planned to discover other cities and regions after the course. But this (handover of the certificate) was very poorly organised by the school. Also, on October 29th, I asked my teacher in the school about possibly taking further courses and didn't get no reply, although the teacher told/promised me again and again that he requested this several times by the school ... Too bad ... what a pity ... apparently, the school was no longer interested.

Insider tip: “Excursions in the surrounding area and to the beaches, easy to reach by public transport, it is not necessary to order a taxi through the school, it can be arranged more cheaply on site”

Other comments: Unfortunately a bit poorly organized, there was no plan on how to divide the students. There was no placement test. After all, there was only 1 group with beginners and advanced students. The first day of class was completely lost. There was only 1 teacher, he was often a little bored and disinterested, often made private phone calls. The breaks were the most important thing for him. Too much English is spoken, according to another course participant everything was better last year, apparently some teachers have left the school and the school management has changed, maybe next year it will look completely different again. The book was not particularly helpful for studying

“Really good teacher. Location was nice. Certificate. Everyone was really nice.”
“No afternoon activities (which were announced to be included in the price!), no language test at the beginning to get to know the level, not all courses A2, B2, C1, C2 available although it said so on the website -> what if I had had another language level then B1? For example A2, then A1 would have been way too easy and B1 too difficult. You need to be absolutely honest about this topic and tell the customers (students) the available language courses beforehand.”
Insider tip: “Ask for which course levels are available”

Other comments: Although the beforehand given information were incomplete, the quality of the language class itself was remarkably good and the teacher gave her best! For me it was a really good decision!
