Location: Bede's Summer School London is a summer language school located on the outskirts of the unique and culturally rich city of London, England. Housed in the Royal Russell School surrounded by over 100 acres of green spaces, students have a unique opportunity to be so close to the English capital from an extraordinary boarding school campus and location surrounded by greenery and countryside.
Accommodation: Accommodation at Royal Russell is typically in bedrooms shared between 1-3 students. Bedrooms are usually shared with students of the same age and gender. Each house has social areas and comfortable seating for students to relax, get to know their peers, and practise English.
Social and cultural: These programmes are ripe with daily activities and several excursions per week.
Afternoon and evening activities at Bede's Summer School London can include cooking, swimming, dance, drama, talent shows, messy games, mini Olympics, karaoke, treasure hunts and much more.
Excursions included in the programmes can include London, Oxford, Cambridge and Windsor.
This school also has optional "Academies" additional activities available, such as contemporary dance, MasterChef, photography, tennis, public speaking, golf, horse riding and more. Supplementary charges will apply.
School facilities: School facilities include an astroturf football pitch, a chapel, grass playing fields, an indoor swimming pool, a performing arts centre, two sports halls and tennis courts.

Visa Documents
Nationals from USA do not require a visa to study short term courses up to 180 days. A valid passport and an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is required to enter the UK. The application for the ETA is done online https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The answer is expected within 3 working days, costing GBP 10. The ETA allows multiple entries in the country for up to 6 months for a maximum of 2 years or until the passport used when applying expires.
