Location: Bliss - Strathallan Perth is an immersive junior summer school located near the culturally rich Scottish city of Perth. Housed in Strathallan School, an independent Scottish boarding school, on 153 acres of land, students have an array of sporting, housing and educational facilities to create a memorable junior summer camp experience.
Course selection: Course selection includes something for junior students of all levels and several interests. In addition to immersive language programmes, the school also provides supplementary options in Golf, Outdoor Adventure, and Discovery, which gives students a look into Scottish cultural significance by visiting and learning about many of the cultural sites surrounding the school.
All programmes are inclusive of language tuition, accommodation (residential, full board), afternoon electives (Art, Hockey, Golf, Outdoor Adventure, Drama, Music, and more), and evening activities.
Evening activities can include traditional Scottish dance & cuisine, sports tournaments, talent shows, movie nights, arts and crafts workshops, outdoor evenings in nature and much more.
Social and cultural: Afternoon and evening activities provide prime opportunities for junior students to get to know their peers in a homely and international environment.
Getting around: The school is around a 45-minute car journey from Edinburgh International Airport and an 80-minute drive from Glasgow International Airport.
Accommodation: Accommodation is provided in the boarding houses on campus. Each boarding house has common areas where students can unwind and socialise accordingly. School staff are available 24/7.
