Location: Don Quijote Cartagena is located in the colourful city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. The school is housed in the Getsemani neighbourhood, within walking distance of the coast, many eateries, amenities and several attractions. Attractions and sights of interest within walking distance of the school include Plaza de la Trinidad, the Muelle de la Bodeguita fishing pier, Plaza de Santo Domingo, the San Felipe de Barajas Fort and much more. There are also beaches nearby, with the closest beaches only a 5-minute walk away, as is the historic Old Town.
Course selection: Don Quijote Cartagena provides Spanish programmes to students of all levels and various necessities. In addition to General Spanish taught over several intensities, the school supplies one-to-one tuition and Spanish for Health Professionals.
Accommodation: The school can provide accommodation within local home families, ensuring students get the best opportunities to practise their Spanish in real-life scenarios. Accommodation in Student Residence can also, very often, be provided.
School facilities: The school has comfortable classrooms with lots of light, common areas for social activity, a colourful garden and free internet.
Getting around: The Getsemani neighbourhood is great to walk around in. Bike and city trolleys are also popular ways to travel around. Kayaks may also be rented to experience the bay area at night from the water.
