Location: EF International Language Centre Seattle is located to the south of Seattle, on the outskirts of Olympia, the Washington State Capital, USA. In an area that is known for its lush evergreen forests, students are surrounded by multiple national parks and have excellent facilities throughout the school's location within the Evergreen State College Campus, surrounded by mountains, forests and lakes. EC Seattle offers everything that both junior and adult students may need to reach their language goals whilst having an excellent time. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is the closest international airport to the school.
School facilities: The facilities of the school are of an exceptionally high standard due to their location within the Evergreen State College Campus. These facilities include a cafeteria, a computer lab, a library, an indoor swimming pool, rock-climbing walls, a dance studio, several sports fields and an on-site gym. All classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment. Additionally, there is an organic farm on the campus.
Course selection: The school offers programmes for students of all levels and ages. All courses are available with optional on-site accommodation, ensuring that students have all they need to enjoy the surrounding greenery and facilities, outside of their classroom lessons. Courses include General English, TOEFL Exam preparation, fully immersive Junior programmes and Internship and Volunteering Experiences.

EF Seattle offers their popular Intensive English course in the city of Olympia, where international students work hard in their 32 carefully structured and weekly classes. The campus can be found on the same site as Evergreen State College, ensuring that learners are stepping into a vibrant student environment.
As a part of the course, you will have 10 Special Interest Classes, and these are the perfect opportunity for you to get specific help with upcoming challenges that you have which involve English - whether that be related to university, or an important job position that you want to apply for.
Talking about the social side of the equation, at this location you can look forward to plenty of physical activities, made possible by the forests, lakes and mountains of the surrounding landscape. The cost of course materials vary depending on the duration of the course:
1-6 weeks is EUR 55
7-12 weeks is EUR 95
13-18 weeks is EUR 145
19-24 weeks is EUR 195
25-30 weeks is EUR 245
31-36 weeks is EUR 295
37-42 weeks is EUR 345
43-48 weeks is EUR 395
49-52 weeks is EUR 445.
Cancellation Protection fee: EUR 85 (Non-refundable).
Students must book travel insurance, which covers the whole period of the course and stay in Seattle. Students can book Erika Insurance Coverage via the school:
- Two weeks: EUR 85.
- Per additional extra week: EUR 40.
Students can have another insurance but they must prove they have booked another one.
Accommodation: - The twin room homestay included in the tuition price can be upgraded to a single room homestay for EUR 55 per week.
- Homestays are no further than 45 minutes by public transportation from school.
- Residence accommodation is also available upon request and subject to availability.
Transfer from/to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport: EUR 280 (both ways).
Classes are likely to take place on some days in the morning and other days in the afternoon. Students will be given the exact timetable closer to the start date. These are sample times and lessons will fall within the time frames stated depending on availability and time of year.
