Location: Enforex Salamanca is a school with over 30 years of experience, as is reflected in their glowing reviews from previous students. Situated just a 5-minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, students find themselves in the historical centre and heart of the city upon
arrival.

Course selection: The school offers a wide range of courses for all types of students and levels of study. Whether you are looking for a General Spanish course, a Full-programme Junior course or taking some complimentary classes in Flamenco dancing or Spanish cooking, Enforex Salamanca could be an excellent choice for you. The school also supplies short refresher courses for Teachers during specific times of the year as well as courses to learn English.

Information about city: Salamanca is an ancient city, dating back over 2,000 years. Famous for founding Spain's first university in 1218, walking through its streets is like walking in a time capsule! This is no doubt one reason why it has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage City. Located in the interior of Spain, Salamanca is often referred to as being where Spanish is spoken in its "purest" form. With reason to this, you will find many language schools and opportunities to socialise with students from all over the world. The city has a vibrant nightlife, creating an interesting blend of spell-bounding antiquity with the modern pursuits of the students of today.

School chain: Enforex is a leading Spanish Language Institute with many campuses throughout Spain and Latin America. Their teachers all work to the highest of standards, as can be seen by the accreditation of all of their schools by Instituto Cervantes. Founded on the belief of experiential learning and creating experiences that transform people, their classes are hands-on and interactive, offering students the well-rounded experience needed to
immerse themselves in the culture surrounding their selected school.

The teachers are open and ready to help you and try to understand what you are trying to say. The classes with about 10 students where you could talk forever and you could create a very interactive lesson.
Insider tip: Don't be afraid to make mistakes in grammar or pronunciation, it's normal, especially for the beginners, not be able to do it perfectly

Other comments A pleasant experience. Good organization of classes and very sociable families. The only negative thing is that they don't put enough emphasis in the activities organized, especially in the midweek.

Teachers were super... Marie and Raphael. As a language teacher myself, I really appreciated their work. The class size was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Other comments I will return.. Salamanca or one of Enforex's other locations. One little criticism. The first day we were given our text book. We were told that inside the first page we would find a code which would enable us to access useful information which we could work on when we were back home. I have not been able to make this work. When I was asked for my e mail address I used my personal address but was told that this e-mail was already taken. But it is taken by me. If you could shed any light on this kindly notify me.

I liked the method of teaching very much... the teachers encouraged us to speak and the grammar was used to back it all up.

Other comments I was lucky to be in classes with 4-7 students which gave it all a cool and intimate environment. Though at the end of September the amount of students decreased very much which made it more difficult to find a group that suited my level, but either way I was very happy with what I learned.

Other comments Please specify more clearly that in the student residence you can't access to the kitchen, the dinners are offered in a time slot of 45 minutes, that a deposit of 150 euros in cash must be paid and that one must not be shocked if the welcoming is very poor but it does not prevent that at the end of the stay we have enjoyed and forgotten this detail. It is necessary to warn beginners that there is not a beginner class every week .. And for the groups of 8 to 10 max. I found myself in a group of 13 for 1 week..

Other comments It took 20 minutes at a brisk walking pace and 25-30 minutes with a normal pace to go to school from my host family. My accommodation was located more far than other students. However, as the host family was kind and friendly, I could stay very comfortably. Due to the fun environment of a class, I could improve the language only for two weeks much more than I expected. It's safe and inexpensive in Salamanca and I want to go back there sometime.
