Getting around: Manchester has a very well connected tram system and the nearest to the school by foot is just 10 minute from the entrance. Furthermore, there are numerous bus stops in the streets surrounding the school building making it easy to travel around the city.

Local attractions: Manchester is famous for its football and it is well worth a visit to Old Trafford stadium, the home to Manchester United football team. The stadium is 25 minutes by tram from the school and football fans or non supporters will be amazed by the largest football stadium in the UK. The school is close to the Manchester Cathedral and there are excellent shopping options around this area for a quick splurge.
