Location: Estudio Sampere Havana is located in the vibrant and colourful Cuban capital city of Havana. Housed in the beautiful residential area of La Vibora, only a 15-minute walk from Havana's Old Town, the school is well-positioned, with supermarkets, shopping malls, a cinema and several cafés and restaurants, all close by.
Local atractions: Havana offers many unique activities and attractions for students to enjoy its rich culture and tropical climates, such as the nearby beautiful white beaches, dancing, music, the museum of the revolution, the Plaza of the Cathedral and much more! Havana's vibrant culture and attractions are sure to keep students entertained whilst they reach their language goals with Estudio Sampere Havana.
Getting around: The José Martí International Airport is within a 25-minute drive of the school, ensuring that all international arrivals and departures can be made with ease.
School facilties: The facilities of the school offer everything a student may need to feel at ease whilst achieving their language goals. These facilities include a cafeteria, garden and a rooftop terrace to enjoy the surrounding landscapes and greenery.
Course structure: The school offers programmes that include lessons, accommodation and some meals, all of which are suitable for students of all levels. Courses are available over various intensities, with additional private lessons also available in conjunction with a course or independently. Authentic Cuban dancing lessons, and Travel & Study programmes which include trips and excursions to local areas and attractions, are also available throughout the year.
Accommodation: Estudio Sampere in Havana strives to make all students feel welcome during their time in Havana and make sure that everything is included within their programmes to offer fantastic learning experiences. These programmes can include accommodation in Homestay, Residence or Shared and Private Apartments, many of which come with 2 meals a day included.
School chain: Estudio Sempere is a family-owned business that has been teaching Spanish to the highest of standards for over 65 years. The group has several schools internationally, including destinations in Cuba, Ecuador and multiple locations throughout Spain.
Teaching style: Staff at Sampere are predominantly native speakers with high levels of experience, qualifications and enthusiasm. With such a vast amount of experience, Estudio Sampere consistently strives to be at the forefront of teaching and student care, pushing boundaries, methodologies and student interaction along the way. • Arrival in Cuba. After getting off the plane, you should go to the immigration counters with your passport and tourist visa.
Then you pick up your suitcases at the specified baggage claim area. After baggage claim, there is another security check. Please check your luggage yourself. At the door of the only exit of the baggage claim you will find a person with a sign of the Estudio Sampere logo or your name.
