- When will I know which accommodation I have been assigned?“When we receive your booking, the school checks that there are places available for the dates indicated, both on the course and in the accommodation you have chosen. If there is availability, we send you the corresponding invoices by email one or two days later.
Once you receive this email with the invoices, the payment information you have provided is used to collect the initial prepayment. The room is then reserved for you until two weeks before your arrival. This email will tell you how and when to make the remaining payment. The school must receive confirmation of payment at least two weeks before your arrival. If they do not receive it, they will cancel the accommodation to avoid penalties. If payment is received on time, the booking is confirmed and the final confirmation is issued.
