Location: ESE European School of English St. Julians is located in the popular destination of St. Julians, Malta. The school is housed in a modern boutique-style building in downtown St. Julians, close to many eateries, restaurants, supermarkets and several of the city's attractions. Places of interest within walking distance of the school include St George's Bay, the Bay Street Shopping Complex, Portomaso Marina, Eden Cinemas and Spinola Bay.

Course selection: ESE St. Julians has a variety of courses suitable for students of various age groups. Throughout the year, adult students can take General English over several schedules and intensities, Academic Year Programmes, English for Work, Business English, Exam Preparation (FCE, CAE, TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS) and One-to-One tuition. Fully immersive junior programmes are available at various times throughout the year, as are Teacher Development Training programmes.

Getting around: Due to the size of the centre of St. Julians, many attractions, sights of interest, bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the school. For trips further afield, to places such as St Paul's Bay, the Ross bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the school's front doors. Valletta is also easily reached from the Qailet bus stop, around a 160m walk from the school.

Social and cultural: ESE European School of English St. Julians has a great knowledge of the surrounding area and all the attractions, trips and sites of interest. Students are welcome to enquire at the Student Support Desk with any questions, queries or arrangements they would like to make.

  • All of our teachers are qualified to teach EFL as a foreign language. The language of instruction is British English and not American English.
    The majority of our teachers are Maltese, but we also have teachers from other countries. Therefore, it is rare for the teacher to have a British accent.
