In general, the average age of students in Business French courses is significantly higher than in a Standard French course. If you are concerned about being in a classroom with younger students, you may want to seriously consider this option. Also, for older students looking to combine language study with an activity programme, many schools offer age specific programmes for students over 50 years

“The professors were excellent and the staff was also very friendly. They helped students find fun activities outside of class and made sure everyone felt welcome. The class content was a perfect mixture of grammar, conversation and culture.”
Insider tips about what future students should not miss You really need a car to get around Martinique. Not for getting to school, but to visit the island. Public transportation is a challenge.

“Very well organized program with a diverse range of teaching methods and joined outdoor activities (partly as part of the teaching curriculum, partly as freetime activities)”
Insider tips about what future students should not miss While having a car on Martinique is advantageous, it is also possible to find accomodation either centrally in Fort-de-France or to commute by ferry boat from Trois-Îlets (20-30 min.), a tourist destination with beautiful beaches, hotels, and a small marina on the southern shore of the Bay of Fort-de-France. The school provides students with a discount for the ferry as well as for other forms of public transport (a rapid bus service connecting Fort-de-France to some of its Eastern suburbs and the airport is due to launch in late 2016). If you however come to school by car, there is plenty of free parking available near the cruise terminal, approx. 5 min. walking distance from the school.

Other comments I found that starting the course at 10:00 am on Mondays is not acceptable because it takes time from hours we paid for. There are a couple of activities that could be consulted with students first for opinions. The facilities are cramped. There's space (2 terraces) for expansion but they're not being put to use. Transportation in Martinique, aside from the Navettes, is not reliable. Fortunately, our teacher provided her car free of charge for excursions and the students who rented cars provided rides for the rest of us.

Other comments I was only there for a week and did not participate in any social activities. This is why I didn't give a rating for this category.
France Langue in Martinique offers only two levels, so I would recommend beginners or very advanced learners to go somewhere else. It's perfect for learners at an intermediate level.

Here you pay less even than directly at the school, or anywhere else. Should you find a lower price offer we guarantee that we will not only match it, but even refund you another 5%. In addition, you benefit from better payment and cancellation terms.
How can we offer lower prices than schools & who pays for our service
In the same way that airlines and tour operators pay commissions to travel agencies for each booking, language schools also pay commissions to agencies. Part of this commission is used to finance our service and another part of the commission is passed on to our clients as a discount on the school's prices.
