Insider tips about what future students should not miss: It's very difficult/expensive to find a parking place anywhere in Nice, also near the school most streets are "Stationnement payant". Plan in advance.
Other comments: I wish there'd been more emphasis on pronunciation and reading aloud. Instead, the emphasis seems to have been to push us to fluency as soon as possible (The "Communicative Method").
For my goal of reaching B2 in a minimum of lessons this is not ideal, I would rather have a solid base in pronunciation and reading aloud (which I can then use to progress on my own as well as with further lessons) before aiming for fluency.
Reaching fluency without a good base is a sentence to spend endless hours trying to correct bad habits of pronunciation and reading aloud.
