Location: ILSC Language School Junior Centre Vancouver is a language centre that specialises in junior programmes, based in the culturally rich city of Vancouver, Canada. The school is housed within the campus of the University of British Columbia (UBC), where students have all they may require to have a safe, informative and memorable learning experience. Downtown Vancouver is around a one-hour journey from the school via public transport.
Course selection: These Junior Summer programmes are available as fully immersive camps or day camps.
The fully immersive camp includes accommodation, three meals per day, lessons, evening activities, half-day excursions and two full-day off-campus excursions per week.
In addition to the Standard Junior Summer Residential programme, students may also opt for the "Skills Plus" option of influencing through Social Media.
Off-site activities and excursions can include trips to Stanley Park, the Playland Amusement Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Whistler, and more.
School facilities: These Residential junior camps take place in the UBC Totem Park Residence, where junior students have all they require in terms of classrooms, accommodation, social spaces and eating and dining facilities.
The University campus is extensive, including several museums, a golf club, sports fields and stadiums, and many gardens.
Accommodation: Accommodation for the fully immersive camp experience is in single or shared rooms with shared bathrooms. Laundry facilities are also available on-site. Additional costs apply.

Special note for 2025 holiday season: If you plan to take a course during the high season months of April, June, July or August 2025 we urgently advise you to book as early as possible. In 2024 many schools were fully booked during the holidays, and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2025 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.
