Location: Inlingua Tunis is a language school located modern metropolis and major city of Tunis, Tunisia. The school is housed in the Berges du Lac neighbourhood, close to the water's edge of Lake Tunis and within walking distance of many amenities, links to public transport, eateries and attractions. IStes and places of social and cultural interest within walking distance of the school include the Les Berges du Lac scenic spot, the Musk and Amber art gallery, Dah Dah Happy Land Entertainment Park, Carthage Land Les Berges du Lac and many more.

Getting around: A short 60m walk from the school students have the Av. Principal bus stop. Inlingua Tunis is also close to the Tunis-Carthage International Airport, ensuring all international arrivals and departures can be made with ease.

Course selection: The Inlingua school network supplies courses for learning various languages and Inlingua Tunis is no exception. In addition to providing courses in Arabic and Tunisian dialect over various schedules and intensities, the school also supplies programmes for learning English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish.

Accommodation: Inlingua Tunis can supply accommodation in local residence facilities. These are generally self-catering in single rooms with shared bathrooms and are subject to availability.

School facilities: The school facilities include air conditioning, electronic whiteboards and ample natural light in all classrooms to create an optimal learning environment.

For Islamic students, facilities for washing feet before prayer, an area for prayer and Halal food are available.

In 2024 many schools were fully booked during the holidays, and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2025 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.

Which font is used in the course? Majeed?
We do not offer courses specifically for learning Arabic calligraphy scripts such as the Majeed script. Instead, we concentrate on teaching Arabic script in general.

When do the private lessons take place? Is it possible to plan the timetable?
We are flexible when it comes to the timetable, so you can choose the course that suits you best. Our courses usually start at 9 am. Depending on their preferences and leisure activities, students can decide whether they would like to have lessons in the morning or spread out over the morning and afternoon.

I would like to stay in the shared flat. Is the journey to school safe? Or, as a woman, is it better to take a transfer to school?
The private flat is located nearby and is within easy walking distance. Alternatively, we can organise a driver for you, or you can take a taxi, as the distance is short.

Do you have to tip the teachers after the lesson? I have heard that this is customary in Tunisia.
Tipping is not expected from the teachers at the school. The atmosphere at the school is friendly and the whole team is friendly. You should feel comfortable at our school and you don't have to tip. Our job is to ensure the well-being and support of our students.

I would like to book 20 private lessons, but I am not yet sure whether I want to learn Standard Arabic or Tunisian dialect. Would both be theoretically possible?
The language course "One-to-one Arabic lessons (20 lessons per week)" offers both modern standard Arabic and Tunisian dialect. Students can choose which language they would like to learn. Both options are currently available.
