Location: The school building is located in Temple Bar, the cultural heart of Dublin. Students will find many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The River Liffy is two streets away from the school.
Getting around: Due to the school's location, there are lots of transportation options to travel to and from Kaplan in Dublin. There are bus stops scattered around the temple bar area, with a number of routes throughout the city. Dublin has an extensive tram service, and the closest station from the school is Trinity station, which is a quick 10 minute walk from the building.
Local attractions: Around the temple bar area, and therefore walkable from the school, is Christ Church Cathedral and Dublin Castle. Kilmainham Gaol, Phoenix Park and the Guinness Storehouse are to the west of the school and are either a short bus trip or a longer stroll through this part of the city.
Courses: Kaplan International Languages in Dublin offers a variety of English courses. There are general English programmes, IELTS and Cambridge exam preparation classes, a business package and long term semester courses. The school offers a four week CELTA course as a full time teacher training programme.
School facilities: All the classrooms are equipped with electronic whiteboards. Students can remain at the school after lessons and either continue their learning in the study centre or interact with fellow students in the student lounge.
Local trips: The school organises regular trips to nearby sights of interest as well as longer visits to other cities in Ireland.

"It is a well-organised student residence. When the light bulb flickered, the housemaster was there quickly and fixed it immediately. The rooms are very noisy, so parties (which take place very often) disturb your sleep at night and make it uncomfortable. The window had to remain closed because the street was very disturbing due to cars and noisy people (especially at night). I spent one weekend away from home because it was unbearable. Unfortunately. I think it's suitable for partying and lingering."

"I had a small room with a shower/bath. From my bed I could look directly into the sky, which I liked very much. The bathroom is very small, but it is sufficient. However, I would like to mention one point. At the bottom of the glass shower door there is a plastic rail that serves as a water trap, which looked really bad (probably mould). The rail can be removed quite easily and cleaned accordingly. I recommend everyone to do this."
