Location: The school is in the centre of Philadelphia. The area is highly concentrated with restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops and cafes.
Public transportation: The area has a number of transportation options to travel around the city. Philadelphia has an intricate subway system. The school has a number of stations all within a five minute walkable radius of the building. The Philidephia City Hall is 5 minutes from the school, and from here there is a tram service that travels through the city. Just the otherside of the City Hall is the Suburban Train Station, which has services all over the city.
Local attractions: Students can easily visit various attractions by foot such as the Liberty Bell and Philadelphia's Magic Gardens. The Eastern State Penitentiary is walkable in just under 40 minutes from Kaplan International Languages. An alternative would be to take public transport which would take around 25 minutes. Around this area is the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Rodin Museum and a number of scenic parks.
