The included transfer airport is from Heathrow terminal only and between the hours from 10:00 to 18:00 for arrivals and from 11:00 to 19:00 for departures. Outside these hours will be GBP 80 per person for a one way transfer.



Other Airport Transfers:


A return transfer from Luton costs GBP 200 and is for schedule landings between 10:00 to 16:00 and schedule take offs between 14:00 - 18:00. Outside these hours will be GBP 130 per person for a one way transfer.


A return transfer from Gatwick costs GBP 160 and is for schedule landings between 10:00 to 17:00 and schedule take offs between 14:00 - 18:00. Outside these hours will be GBP 100 per person for a one way transfer.


A return transfer from Stansted costs GBP 200 and is for schedule landings between 10:00 to 16:00 and schedule take offs between 14:00 - 18:00. Outside these hours will be GBP 130 per person for a one way transfer.



Accommodation extras:

To change accommodation, there is a fee of GBP 35.

There is an unaccompanied minor fee of GBP 30 per child, per flight.

If a flight is delayed there is a fee of GBP 30.

The Special Diet supplement for homestay accommodation is GBP 20 per week.


Minor Regulations:


All guardians / parents of students on the Junior courses must complete the online Welfare and Consent Form, immigration may require a parental consent form for minors travelling alone which is the responsibility of the guardian / parent, transfer details must be sent to the school 21 days before the course start dates, additional charges may occur for late arrivals and students under the age of 16 must either book a transfer with LAL or be accompanied to the school by a parent, legal guardian or other adult nominated in writing by the parent or legal guardian.
