Langports’ UFO English program has been designed to meet the needs of individual students. This is why we designed the UFO English program, a unique General English program 100% personalised for each student.
It includes 25 hours per week:
- 23 HRS FACE TO FACE (4 lessons per day from Monday to Friday + 1 optional workshop per day from Tuesday to Thursday)

FOCUS classes (Tuesday to Friday) concentrate on a separate skill each day. Students are placed in different levels based on their individual strengths and weaknesses for each skill
OPTIONS class in the afternoon: students studying full-time can choose an Options class from a variety of subjects enabling them to achieve their learning objectives (depending on their level): - Conversation
- Grammar
- English for Business & Administration
WORKSHOPS in the afternoon, which are optional, give students a greater opportunity to enhance their study with relevant and interesting practical topics
Students have a weekly individual interview with their USE teacher to review their progress and level
EAP is the best choice for students who need to use English in an academic course setting or enter a higher education program at university or vocational level study.

Langports’ UFO English program has been designed to meet the needs of individual students. English + Professional Internship Placement is for students
- who need to complete an internship abroad to validate a degree in their home country.
- who currently studying/have studied subjects related to their preferred internship area
This program is available to all Langports students who study English for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to their internship and reach at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (a personal study plan can be recommended by Langports based on your current level and objective).
You can choose to do an internship full-time during a break between 2 courses, or after you have completed your English course.
First, students study English full-time (8.30am to 1pm) or part-time (8.30am to 11.50am), depending on their visa and course, for at least 4 weeks. English courses can include UFO English, Cambridge Flexi, FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS, EAP.
Then, they undertake an internship:
Working Holiday visa holders – choose a 4, 6, 8 or 12 week internship
All internship placements are unpaid
Being a demi-pair is just like being an au-pair but part-time. With this program, students can study English during the day while having a complete Australian cultural experience living and working with an Australian family, and also saving money.
In exchange for 15 hours of work per week in the family, you will receive free accommodation with the family and 3 meals per day.
You can combine the demi-pair program with different English courses such as UFO English full-time, UFO English part-time, Cambridge Flexi, FCE, TOEIC and IELTS courses.
The demi-pair program is open to both males and females aged 18 years old and over and coming to Australia on a Student visa or Working Holiday Visa to study English for a minimum of 3 months.

Langports’ IELTS course is an intensive exam preparation program, focusing specifically on the academic version of the IELTS exam.
There are 2 versions of the exam: academic and general, where the reading and writing components differ. You will be trained for the hardest exam, which is the academic one, so that you can register for the exam of your choice and succeed at both versions!
To help you succeed at the test, the experienced IELTS teachers will help you improve the 4 major skills essential for the exam – listening, reading, speaking and writing – but also provide an in-depth focus on “micro skills” such as spelling, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, intonation, speaking strategies and much more!

- Langports IELTS course uses its own unique Langports materials, supplemented with traditional and online IELTS materials.
- Students receive regular progress reports and feedback from teachers, to make sure they are on track to reach their goals.
- For every 5 weeks of IELTS, students could see their overall IELTS score improve by 1 band.
- After studying IELTS at Langports, students can choose to sit the IELTS test at one of the 49 accredited IELTS test centres in Australia.
