These Italian language summer courses are aimed mainly for students who come from abroad for a study holiday. In the months of June, July and August, Language in Italy offers several summer courses of Italian language and culture for all levels of learning. An initial test will allow the formation of homogeneous classes of maximum 12 students. During the lesson, very modern teaching materials and teaching techniques are used, which allow students to achieve excellent linguistic results. All courses include 20 weekly lessons of 60 minutes each. The lessons will be held in the morning in the Language in Italy classes and there will be lessons off-site in the bars or markets to put into practice what has been learned. The duration of the course is 3 weeks.

It is a group course aimed for those who need to learn the language relatively quickly with the addition of individual lessons useful for reviewing or improving some aspects of the language. During the individual lessons, the teacher will help the student to improve their own Italian, deepening on the grammatical and lexical topics dealt during the morning, helping students to fill their gaps, practising further conversation or focusing the lesson on specific and agreed themes. Individual lessons (10 hours per week) will be held in the afternoon after the group course.
This course has a duration of 4 weeks per level.

This course is aimed at all foreigners who work in Italy and need a less intensive course with a longer duration that allows them to learn basic Italian without hurry or stress. Attendance is three weekly meetings of two hours each. The duration of the course 10 weeks.

This course is organized for children (6 - 12 years). A specific program for children that uses a fantastic book based on the adventures of five kids and their friends. The teachers offer kids a wide range of Italian fairy tales and games. This course is designed to satisfy the growing presence of foreign children in Italian schools. The method is based on recreational activities that stimulate the learning process of children. Classes run in July and August for 3 weeks. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 15.00 to 16:30.

The CELI - Certificate of Knowledge of the Italian Language is another official title issued by the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
The school organizes preparation courses for this Certification. The courses are individual and can be prepared at any time of the year, on a schedule of 2 hours per day, for one week.

The CILS - Certificate of Italian as a foreign language is the official title which establishes the communication level of Italian as a foreign language. The CILS certificate is awarded by the University for Foreigners in Siena and is recognised by the Italian State. The school organises not only the courses of preparation for this Certification but also takes care of the enrolments. Courses are held in November and May, for 2 hours at three times per week, for three weeks total.
The course usually starts one month before the date of examination.
