Location: Linguamania Vigo is a Spanish language school located in the coastal, historic city of Vigo, in northwest Spain's Galician region. The school is situated right in the centre of the city of Vigo, the biggest city in Galicia, in the main street on the second floor of a commercial gallery full of shops and a bar-restaurant. It is housed on a pedestrianised street, only a 5-minutes walk from the nautical port and the old city. Attractions and sites of interest within walking distance of the school include O Farol de Urzáiz, the Basílica de Santa María de Vigo, Alameda da Praza de Compostela Park, Castelo do Castro, the MARCO Modern Art Museum and more.

School facilities: The school is very quiet and offers bright rooms with natural light and comfortable furniture. The school facilities include a library, fridge use for students, and heating in all classrooms. Linguamania also offers free WIFI.

Social and Cultural: The school is happy to assist with touristic information for arranging trips and excursions locally. Such excursions and activities can range anywhere from visiting some of the 45 beaches in the surrounding areas of Vigo to excursions to Santiago de Compostela, Porto, and many Portuguese villages. Activities available through the school can include dancing, cooking lessons and much more.

Getting around: Linguamania Vigo is a 12-minute walk from the Vigo Guixar central train station.

“There were only 2 levels. Beginners and A2/B1. Within the group there were large differences in level. Furthermore, there was no real lesson plan that suited level A2B1. I can't say that I really learned something new that I now master. After 5x3 hours of lessons you would expect that and I have experienced that at other language schools.”

The number of lessons will be reduced if there isn't a group for that specific level.

For courses of 2 months or longer, students need to purchase books (one or more for each level).
The school offers extensive courses of 2 to 3 hours per week in group, online and in school. Students must buy the book as a compromise to stay at least 3 to 9 months is due.

Individual classes
Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 32 €. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.
