Location: Monterrico Adventure Antigua is located in the picturesque city of Antigua Guatemala, surrounded by volcanoes, in southern Guatemala. This once-colonial capital of Guatemala is unique in its notable architecture, spectacular surroundings and rooted history. The school is in the city centre, within walking distance of many eateries, local shops and commerce, and attractions such as the Museo del Hermano Prado, the convent of Santa Clara, the Museum of Colonial Art, the Plaza Mayor de Antigua and much more. The Mercado Central and the Mercado de Artesanias are also both within a 15-minute walk of the school's front doors.

Getting around: The school's central location ensures students can walk around the city and its sights easily. The bus station is around a 20-minute walk from the school's front doors.
