Location: PLATO Educational Services is located in the beautiful and historic town of Limassol, on the island of Cyprus. The school is centrally situated, surrounded by restaurants, eateries, supermarkets and local shops, whilst also being within walking distance of the Limassol Marina and Castle. Attractions such as The Limassol Archaeological Museum, The Pattiehielo Municipal Theatre and The Limassol Municipal Garden, are also just a short taxi or bus ride away. Students have many options to keep a busy social schedule whilst studying and enjoying their time in Limassol.
School facilities: The facilities of PLATO are extensive, offering students all that they need to achieve their language goals from a comfortable environment. Facilities include a computer lab, free after-class language learning software, a lounge area, auditorium, library, movie room and a student support desk for any questions or queries. All classrooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning and have ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment.
Course selection: Courses selection is varied, ranging from General courses, suitable to all levels, to Exam Preparation and Executive ESP programmes for the more advanced students. The school also offers courses to learn English and Russian and is an examination centre for both CELTA and CAE exams.
Accommodation: There are many options for accommodation in Limassol and PLATO is happy to assist with options in Homestay, Residence and Family accommodation, available throughout the year.

Special note for 2025 holiday season: If you plan to take a course during the high season months of April, June, July or August 2025 we urgently advise you to book as early as possible. In 2024 many schools were fully booked during the holidays, and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2025 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.

“The service and the owner were very attentive and friendly. I was there for three weeks and had a good time with four people in class and a face to face time. It was a lot of fun and took away my shyness about speaking. My goal was conversation and that was definitely provided.”
“The situation was a bit special because at my time there were really only five people in total. So it was very individual and we could talk about many topics. But that was definitely positive for me. So the focus was on conversation. It might not suit all people.”

All courses are offered in fully equipped and air-conditioned classrooms. All classrooms have wifi.
Management fee for Erasmus students: 10% of course fee.
Individual classes
Single individual lessons of tuition can be reserved at 30 €. The combination of group and individual lessons is highly recommended. Individual lessons will encourage you to actively speak the foreign language and will offer you the opportunity to discuss individual problems and weaknesses.
