Italian school in Trieste: Trieste Language School

Daily classes from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 10:30 and from 11:00 to 12:30, for 3 hours a day. There is a maximum of 10 students per class (depending on the classroom size). In case there are more students for one level than what is allowed, the school will split the group in two and some lessons in this case may be held in the afternoon, in the time span from 13:00 to 16:30.
A course lasts 4 weeks/60 hours – each lesson is 45 minutes – available for the levels of beginner, intermediate, upper-intermediate and
advanced, from the beginning of April until the end of November – please refer to the timetable from the school. Teaching materials and daily cultural programmes are included in tuition fees.

The school recommends it for people who already have at least a basic knowledge of the language or from the second week of classes if you are a beginner.
Private lessons in the afternoon are generally held from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, but timetable may change according to teachers and classrooms availability.

This includes the Intensive course plus two hours private lesson every afternoon.

Combined course 2 is aimed at students who wish to make the most from their stay and be fully immersed in Italian language. It's usually requested by students who need to lear as fast as possible.
It combines the group course in the morning (from 9 am to 12:30 pm) and 2 private lessons every afternoon.
The school recommends it for people who already have at least a basic knowledge of the language or from the second week of classes if you are a beginner.
Private lessons in the afternoon are generally held from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, but timetable may change according to teachers and classrooms availability.

Lessons take place on Wednesday.

Online conversation course allows students who have at least a lower intermediate level of Italian to refresh and improve their speaking skills. Each course lasts 12 weeks, classes are held on Wednesdays, from 17:30 to 19:00 - important: this time refers to Italian time-zone.
Course is held on Zoom platform, maximum size for each level is 8 people but you may expect to find smaller groups, around 6 people.
The school always suggests students to use their laptop computer or a tablet rather than a smartphone and to use headphones or earbuds for a better audio quality during classes.

Lessons take place on Tuesday and Thursday.

Evening online course allows students to learn Italian language cozily from home. Also absolute beginners are welcome! During the first class teachers do a quick level test and assign students to the correct group.
Each course lasts 12 weeks, classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday, from 17:30 to 19:00 - important: this time refers to Italian time-zone.
Course is held on Zoom platform, maximum size for each level is 8 people but you may expect to find smaller groups, around 6 people.
The school always suggests students to use their laptop computer or a tablet rather than a smartphone and to use headphones or earbuds for a better audio quality during classes.

The price is valid for 1 to 2 students.

Individual course is ideal for students who have very specific subjects they wish to focus on or if they have limited time and cannot attend every day.
Private lessons can be organized for one or maximum 2 students who must have the same level of knowledge of Italian language.
These courses are generally held in the afternoon, after 1 13:00.

Price is valid for 3-4 students with the same level who are booking and studying together.

Lessons can also be held on weekends (extra charge: EUR 8 per lesson).
This is a course the school can organize for very small groups of students (from 3 to 4 students), who must have the same knowledge level of Italian language.
These courses are generally held in the afternoon, after 13:00.

It is ideal for those who cannot attend a daily course who have specific programs they wish to focus on.
