Quality of teaching / language progress: Partly due to circumstances, I have had many different teachers and most of them are very theoretical and focused on grammar. Whereas in most cases the students are doing it to prepare for their journey. There should be more focus on talking and listening!

Other comments Overall it was an excellent experience that was only let down by the disorganization of the administrative staff. This includes being constantly asked for receipts to prove that i'd paid when there really is no need if things are organized properly. Overall it has been a fantastic experience with high quality teaching and excellent out of class activities which made it easy to settle in and meet people.

Other comments It was a big help that most teachers spoke either german or english and most of them spoke even both languages. It makes the learning a lot more effective! About the city, once you've gotten used to the different cleanliness standards in whole Chile and the low care about broken and unfixed things, you will start to love the people and the country!

Other comments Friends, There is something I didn't like about the accommodation. I had to change accommodation because The Bella Vista Hostel is one of the most horrible places i have ever seen in my life. Really bad organised, they don't speak Spanish but the worst part is related to the cleaning conditions of the "rooms". A lot of rubbish and very low quality of service. I think it is an excellent place for horror movies. Then, I moved to the Monte Verde Apart Hotel, great quality and excellent service. Regards, MARCOS FAGUNDES
