This course is designed for non-native doctors, nurses or midwives who need to pass the OET exam in order to work in UK hospitals. During this course, students will practise each part of the exam, as well as vocabulary and language techniques that will help with patient interactions. Please note exam fee is charged separately and subject to change; exams held at are booked directly with OET.
Course book is not included in course price. You will study and practise the specific formats for each part of the exam (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) so you are confident and prepared when you take the OET. This includes study of the medical language necessary for the exam and also for the profession you are aiming for (Medicine or Nursing).
Morning classes focus on Speaking and Writing (three hours per day Monday-Friday; 09:15-12:45); afternoon classes focus on Reading and Listening (2.25 per day Monday-Thursday; 13:45-16:15, Thursday finish 17:45 latest).
