Each exam evaluates the language and communication skills of the 4 skills: writing, reading, speaking, and listening. The exam is passed with a pass in each section. For most levels, it will be possible to repeat the single skill in the next session. NaCLIPS organizes exam preparation courses, in which you study the structure of the exam and practice on tests from previous sessions. The aim is to fill some grammatical gaps but the lessons are aimed at acquiring a certain familiarity with the tests (timing, methods of answers, types of questions, etc.).

This course includes 20 one-to-one exam preparation lessons per week.This is a specific exam preparation course for the official certification CILS (released by the University fo Foreigners of Siena). Particularly useful for those who want to work or study in Italy or in any other country which requires a certain level of Italian. Accademia Italiana is an authorized exam centre for the University for foreigners of Siena and organizes preparation courses for the exams which are held twice yearly in June and December.

This course includes 20 group Italian language lessons and 10 individual exam preparation lessons per week.If you want to apply for Italian citizenship (B1 level), get a residence permit (A2 level), study at an Italian university (generally B2 level) or certify your knowledge of Italian for your employer, or maybe just for personal satisfaction, CILS exams are internationally recognised and we can prepare you for the exam you need to do. In the morning you will do a 20 hour general Italian course in a group to get your Italian level ready and in the afternoon you will do 2 private lessons to prepare specifically for the exam. If the course is only booked for 2 weeks or for the last 2 weeks of a course, there will be 20 hours of full time lessons and 10 hours in mini group (maximum student is 3). The CILS certification is a qualification issued by the University of Siena which declares the level of linguistic and communicative competences in Italian as a foreign language. These courses use practice tests to simulate real examinations at the test centers. In the courses, you will have practice in all the major linguistic and communicative proficiency areas: -listening -reading comprehension -written communication -speaking -knowledge of the Italian language and its structure.

Your teacher will design a course to help prepare you for an exam. Please note that HLI does not organise the exams. This course helps students prepare for the CILS exam. It focuses on the different aspects of the exam. CILS exam dates: 31st of May and 15th of Dec. Thanks to our individual course of CILS Preparation, our school, Centro Italiano Firenze, and our professional team will help you to prepare and pass this important exam in the best way possible, which will consequently give you a qualification that certifies your level of knowledge of the language. Our Center is recognized by the University for Foreigners of Siena, as an examination center for CILS certification, and as a result we understand very well which skills and abilities are necessary to pass this important examination. What is CILS certification and what is it for? The CILS certification is the first Italian certification to have adopted the system of six levels of linguistic-communicative competence proposed by the Common European Framework of Reference of the Council of Europe, and to have created specific modules for workers of foreign origin in Italy. This certification is therefore an officially recognized qualification that certifies the degree of linguistic-communicative competence in Italian (L2).

This course includes course preparation materials (examples of the test), but it doesn't include manuals which should be chosen according to the course level.This course will help you to prepare to CILS exam. The course consists of 15 hours with the teacher in mini groups. In the first part of the course a teacher will explain all the Italian grammar from A1 to B1 level, and in the second part - the students will try to pass exam, resolve exercises etc. As a present - all the students will get access to the online platform with past exam examples.
