16 French lessons (A2 to B2) plus 2 cooking classes (3 hours each) per week.This program allows students to improve their French and learn the secrets of French cuisine with a real chef! The students discover new flavours and recipes while practising the French language in a relaxed atmosphere, which facilitates oral communication. 16 lessons of general French + 2 sessions of cooking or baking classes each week. COOKING WORKSHOPS: The cooking or baking workshops are provided by a long-time partner. The students enjoy 2 cooking sessions of 3 hours each, in the afternoon from 15h00 to 18h00. The chef - Aude Bertaux - welcomes the students in her cooking workshop to prepare a complete menu followed by a tasting. Aude Bertaux graduated in the hotel and catering business from the Strasbourg Catering School and used to work for prestigious restaurants such as Dalloyau, Flo Prestige, or for a gourmet restaurant in South Africa. The course is suitable for all levels, whatever your cooking knowledge. French levels accepted: A2 to B2.

This programme combines language lessons (Standard course) with cooking sessions (3 afternoons per week).
