Learn French & Music in Quebec

Take French classes in the morning, and in the afternoon, head to the Conservatoire de Musique et d’art dramatique du Québec to perfect your musical talent. This program is perfect for those who want to learn French and develop their musical abilities. - Start dates every week with flexible program duration. - 15 hours of Core French classes per week. - 10 hours of musical training and practice per week (15 hours during the summer). - 7 levels of instruction from beginner to advanced, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. - The classrooms have between 5 to 15 students. - Optional activities every afternoon and excursions on weekends. The French & Music program includes 15 hours of language classes and 10 to 15 hours of music training and practice per week. Develop your reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in the morning and in the afternoon, receive professional music training and take advantage of the soundproof rooms to practice. The program is designed for students who already have a background in music. You will fill out a questionnaire before you arrive so that the conservatory can identify your instrument of choice and place you with a suitable instructor. Part of the time will be spent training with an instructor in private or group lessons, and part of the time will be spent practising. *Students are required to bring their own musical instrument, if possible
