This superintensive Spanish course is composed of 30 weekly lessons that include Spanish language teaching and historical, cultural and social topics in the Spanish language based on lectures, talks, films, reading activities and whatever the participants propose and agree as additional content to reinforce the practice of Spanish. This superintensive Spanish course is offered in different levels, so it is made for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners of Spanish, as the contents are presented in an accessible way according to the language level of the participants. In reduced groups of 3 to 6 participants, you will have the chance to advance very quickly in your learning process and achieve your aims, which of course are always set by yourself. This makes it a highly valuable course for working people, students and other ambitious people.

The location for this superintensive Spanish course – Prado del Rey – is in one of the most enjoyable White Villages in the Sierra de Cádiz area in Western Andalusia. The autonomous region of Andalusia is situated in Southern Spain, with access to Gibraltar and over the Strait of Gibraltar to Morocco. Prado del Rey is a small town full of social, cultural and economic activity. Its inhabitants – the “Poblaores” who came to this place over 300 years ago to settle down at a virgin place and start a new life, incentivized by Pablo de Olavide during the reign of King Carlos III have made of it what Prado del Rey is today. A White Village with beautifully decorated streets lined with orange and lemon trees and other plants such as jasmine, oleander, diverse flowers and palms as well as open-minded and friendly inhabitants who receive foreign travellers with hospitality and interest towards their culture and mentality. That makes it easy to have conversations with the inhabitants and practice your Spanish in the streets, the cafés, tapas bars, shops and the market place.

This course is designed for people who want to learn Spanish for travelling without learning a lot of grammar. In this course you will learn useful Spanish travel phrases and Spanish travel vocabulary will make communication a lot easier during your travels in Spanish-speaking countries.

In 10 classes per week, or 90 minutes a day you learn to express yourselves correctly in typical travel situations and you practice your skills in role-playing games, both in the classroom and in real-life situations, for example in a bar, a restaurant, a supermarket, the bakery, the shoe store. As “homework” you should apply what you have learnt in class in real life in Prado del Rey.

The duration of this course can be from one week to several weeks, depending on your needs.

This course aims to teach children how to communicate in Spanish, play language games, sing Spanish songs, listen to Spanish music and do arts and crafts.
A minimum number of 3 students of the same level and similar ages is needed for this course.
Summer courses are open for individual enrollment and the school will organize the children into groups.

These Spanish courses for children are specially designed for children aged 6 to 12 years as a part of a family language trip to Spain with their parents or one parent. The goal of the course is to introduce the children playfully to the Spanish language, without making them feel that they are at school. The classes take place partly in the classroom and outside in the wonderful children’s park of the village or on the square. In small groups of 4 to 6 children, in 4 classes of 45 minutes per day, the children learn to communicate in Spanish, play language games, some of them including movement, sing Spanish songs, do arts & crafts, paint, listen to Spanish music and do role plays in which they communicate in Spanish in daily life situations of a child. Staff encourage the kids to contribute their own ideas to the program.

You as a parent can participate in the Spanish course for adults while your children are in class, and acquire useful knowledge of Spanish, together with other parents or single parents. The knowledge acquired in the course will greatly simplify travelling in Spain and give you a deeper insight into Spanish culture and lifestyle. In the afternoons and weekends, the school organizes an attractive leisure program for parents and children according to your needs.

The afternoons are free for children and parents to do activities. There are a lot of optional activities organized by the language school’s team, such as canoeing, hiking, horse riding, workshops such as painting ceramics or cultural visits to the famous White Villages nearby. There are a lot of activities that you can do on your own or together with other families participating in the family program.

In the summer holidays in July and August, the Spanish courses for children are open to individual enrolments. The school takes care to compile the groups according to age and previous knowledge.

The distances in our village Prado del Rey are short and safe, people know each other and there is a functioning village community.

This school language course is suitable for young people aged 15 and over, with the agreement of their parents.
