The Italian course in Mini-Group consists of 4 lessons of Italian language daily for a total of 20 lessons per week (from Monday to Friday).

The standard mini-group course consists of 20 Italian lessons every week in small groups of your same Italian level with one of our qualified teachers, from 9:00 to 12:40 in the morning, from Monday to Friday. You will learn Italian in an easier and more relaxing way with conversations, games, role play, videos and of course, grammar. If you want to add some activities in the afternoon this will be possible based on the availability.

This course is ideal if the participant wants to study Italian as part of a group in the morning and, at the same time, have extra one-to-one lessons with a teacher at his/her full disposal.
It includes 20 group lessons in the morning plus 10 one-to-one lessons each week.

In this way, you’ll be able to conversate further in Italian, elaborate on themes you previously covered in class, or resume grammatical details you have doubts about.

During the one-to-one classes, you can tailor your course program in line with your professional interests, (lawyer, doctor, artist, Italian teacher etc.).

The course consist of 20 Italian lessons and 5 specific historical and artistic excursions every week in Puglia: the Roman city of Egnazia, the Taranto's greek museum, all the Troglodyte cities (Matera, or Lama D'antico or Massafra), the medieval castel of Federic II, the Byzantine church in the caves and much more.

Our "Italian Immersion Program OVER50 " is one of the most complete programs to discover Puglia and learn Italian on holiday.

This is a real Summer immersion for teenager students that includes 20 Italian lessons in the morning every week, accommodation, all meals, tutor staff 24/7 and a rich program with sports and fun activities like: days at the beach, tours in most famous Apulian cities, photo context, cooking class, bout tour, water park, cinema and much more.

You will attend 20 Italian lessons from Monday to Friday morning, with classes divided by levels and with a maximum of 6 students in order to conserve the quality of the lesson. All of our teachers are highly qualified and experienced in teaching teenagers and Italian lessons are conducted dynamically and enriched with games, songs and real-life situations.

This course is ideal for students who wish to take their own time and have a personalised Italian course. The number of lessons, days and hours are flexible although a minimum of 10 hours are required to start the course.

In a one-to-one course, the teacher will be at your full disposal. Together you’ll be able to arrange themes, didactic aims and a lesson timetable, based on your personal needs.

A one-to-one course allows you to acquire greater confidence with the language, correcting frequent errors you may make, following your own learning times and dialoguing with a teacher all for yourself.

The course includes 20 Italian Lesson in mini-group + 1 cooking class in the afternoon at Grandma's house (it's possible to add one more cooking class during the week with additional fee). Moreover, at the end of every lesson it's included a complete dinner together along with all the delicacies made and other surprises. Students will literally have their hands in pasta alongside a “real master” in this field, grandma Maria (the Grandma's school director) who will teach them all her secrets in Apulian cuisine.

Together you’ll prepare traditional Apulian dishes , such as the famous handmade “orecchiette”, “la focaccia”, “panzerotti”, "taralli", or traditional italian dishes like "ravioli", "gnocchi", "polpettone",  and many others, including vegetarian recipes with very organic ingredients grown in the private Granma's garden.

The course "Cooking with Nonna" includes 20 Italian Lesson in mini-group + 1 or 2 cooking class in the afternoon. Moreover, at the end of every lesson a complete dinner is waiting for you, along with all the delicacies you made and plus other surprises... ;)

This course includes 20 Italian lessons per week plus 3 different bike tours in Puglia, in regular bike (or electric bike) and a guide. The electric bike package costs EUR 450 per week.


Learning Italian while cycling means discovering the most authentic version of the Puglia region: pedalling along countryside lanes with no traffic, passing drywalls, ancient olive trees and splendid white villages.

“Italian while cycling”, foresees 20 Italian group lessons in the morning and 2 or 3 different guided tours in Electric Bicycles or regular bikes during the week. Within every tour, there will be amazing culinary experiences available such as wine tasting, visits to historical homesteads, local dairy products and other activities to enrich your journey by bicycle in Apulia.

The course consists of two parts: Italian lessons in the morning in mini-groups and all + walking tours every day + one dinner + all transports + Friday's aperitive.
Far from the typical tourist destinations, participants will welcome the peaceful countryside with wonderful and little-known views of Puglia, along with more famous places like Matera, Alberobello and Itria's Valley. An expert trekking guide will bring them in this authentic part of South Italy.

The course learning Italian while walking consists of two parts: an Italian lesson in the morning in a mini-group class (from 9:00 to 12:40) and walking tours through different itineraries around the area.

This course is suitable for students who like to do long walks in nature. We prefer to work with small groups (from 3 to a maximum of 8 people) to preserve the experience in an authentic way. The routes are suited to the participant’s specific level of experience, meaning you can choose the difficulty and distance you wish to cover. The average of hours walking is 2.30 or 3. A healthy condition is required. It is advisable to wear trekking shoes and clothing. In case of heavy rains, the activity will be replaced or reimbursed.
