If you are interested in hiking over the weekend (2-3 days hikes) on trails in the national forest parks nearby, you need an Uber/taxi ride or an own car. Public transport doesn´t work.

Insider tips about what future students should not miss
Stay with a host family. Nathelie does a careful and thoughtful job of vetting the families and I have yet to hear of anyone having a bad experience. My own experience of two years has been excellent.
Other comments
Small classes well-suited to the students abilities thanks to a first-day assessment. I think the age limit of 18 years is an excellent idea.

The faculty was enthusiastic, engaged and very interested in their students' progress. Vivian and Nathalie also took a keen interest in the students, not only in terms of their progress in French, but also their living arrangements, enjoyment of the city, exposure to culture, etc. A very well-run program.
