Staff were only apologising. I should've gotten at least the "leisure program" money back from them.
City/place
New York is amazing. Too bad my kid didn't get to feel it. I'll have to take her to the Met, Ellis Island museum and Statue of Liberty again - she didn't learn a thing from her silent tour with this school.
Quality of teaching / language progress
The classes were very average. Three days out of nine there were no classes - kids were left to watch a movie because the teacher was "ill". Teachers don't do anything to introduce the kids to each other and engage them in activities. Afternoon activities are a scam - no educational value whatsoever, staff that doesn't know much about the city and is not responsible for the safety of your child. I'll make sure I leave this review everywhere can. Never buying anything from this school/website ever again.
