The school's European company does not work with visa centers or Consulates directly, they prepare documents for students to study, which must be attached to the full list of documents for a visa, but they do not inform students what documents for a visa are needed, or the probability of obtaining it.
The consulate reviews each visa application individually; it considers the student's financial situation (bank statements, account activity, etc.) and a reference from work or study.
