Student opinions about ETC International College, Bournemouth

Liked
Despite the fact that I had been at the school for only 2 weeks, my English has been improved a lot. I took a Medical English course and, when I returned to my work, I found out that I started understand my English-speaking patients. First of all, we had unique phonetic lessons. Our teacher, John Key, is a poet and, thanks to him, I was appreciating the beauty of British English pronunciation. I found that the difficult English phonetic is more logical than I thought. The Medical lessons were organized and high professional. Without a doubt, I not only improved my English speaking but I learned about new medical knowledge (about asthma, about malaria). Furthermore, we learned how to prepare an attractive professional presentation and learned other very important skills for our profession.
Insider tips about what future students should not miss I would recommend to students to inquire at LanguageCourse.net website or ETC should send an official invitation. A Luton airport Immigration official requested to see a letter of invitation. Because I had none, he didn't let me enter UK. When I asked him to call ETC, he calmed down.

Other comments I would like to express my delight for ETC college. The employers and the outstanding teachers. I hope to back to ETC as soon as possible. ETC residence is an appropriate accommodation. It's cheaper than hotels but, a single room is more convenient than a room in any good hotel. The food is simple, healthy and tasty.

I think that teachers at ETC college are very professional, experienced, patient, and also they prepare their clases before going to the classroom to teach the students. The way they teach, and the time they take to prepare their lessons are the thing I most like about ETC college. I also believe that my time as a student at ETC was too short, I would like to come back again to ETC school.
Insider tips about what future students should not miss I recommend this for any student who wants to improve their English: not to talk in their native language with other students from the same country, or students who speak the same language. As a student we must try to speak in English all the time.
