Location: Scuola Conte Ruggiero is located in the inviting and charming village of Santa Domenica, Southern Italy. The school is housed in a beautiful modern building surrounded by its very own garden with citrus fruits as well as banana and avocado trees! The town centre is only moments away, with some of the most beautiful beaches in the region only a short walk from the school's front doors.

School facilities: Scuola Conte Ruggiero has excellent facilities, complete with resources and amenities designed to engage students, whilst providing them with a natural and familiar atmosphere. The classrooms are spacious and comfortable inside, with open-air classes taking place outside in the large garden space around the school building. Additional facilities include a common room with a TV, a library, lounge, cafeteria, free Wi-Fi and free parking. All classrooms have an ample amount of natural light, creating an optimal working environment.

Social and Cultural: Scuola Conte Ruggiero also provides many activities and excursions that can be arranged directly at the school, ensuring students a memorable and fulfilling time in Santa Domenica.

Additional information: The school's philosophy is that learning a new language should remain "fun and relaxing". This is surely helped by the very homely atmosphere and surroundings of the school. The intensive course consists of 20 + 10 lessons: in 20 lessons per week teachers focus on well-balanced activities like listening, speaking, reading and writing as in the standard course. In the 10 additional lessons per week, on the other hand, the participants focus on specific topics and focus on grammatical exceptions, special cases, vocabulary and much more.

Special note for 2024 holiday season: If you plan to take a course during the high season months of April, June, July or August 2024 we urgently advise you to book as early as possible. In 2023 many schools were fully booked during the holidays, and the situation is unlikely to be different for 2024 due to a current shortage of teachers, which affects most schools.
