Student opinions about Stafford House International, Cambridge

Liked
Friendly administrative and teaching staff, always willing to help. If you come for a long time, you can take a small break for a week (prior notice) and they will extend the week you missed. The facilities are fine.
Insider tips about what future students should not miss It is a small school with good facilities and the number of students is not very large, except in the summer, when many students arrive. However, they manage so that there are no more than 15 students in the classrooms. Usually, the classes have between 9 and 14 people.

Quality of teaching / language progress: 4 months in the academy have helped me a lot with my English. I arrived with a level a little below the Intermediate and I even started the Upper-Intermediate level. Each person has its own rhythm, but I do notice a lot the difference between my current level and the low level I had when I left. As everywhere, some teachers were better than others but, in general, all had a good academic and didactic level. The school staff were always willing to help and even taught me a few words in English.
Other comments Good location. Twice a week they have free activities with teachers to practice speaking with other students outside of the academy in a more relaxed environment.
