Location: Academia AIFP is located in the historic and culturally rich city of Malaga, in the Andalusian region of southern Spain. A city famed for its historical value, beaches, and being the birthplace of the famous artist Pablo Picasso, Malaga offers students a fantastic base to further their understanding of the Spanish language. The school is housed in the city centre, a short walk from many shops, cafés, eateries and supermarkets. Attractions such as the Picasso Museum and the Alcazar Fortress are within a 20-minute walk of the school's front doors, the beautiful beaches of the coast, are only a 20-minute bus ride or 30-minute walk away. The school has a bus stop close by, ensuring students can navigate the city with ease.
School facilities: The facilities of the Academia AIFP are commendable, consisting of 5 floors, all of which have the latest of technology for teaching, such as interactive whiteboards. The modern building is located in the commercial area of the city centre and is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating and ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment. Facilities include a computer lab, library, movie room, lounge area, rooftop terrace and a Student support desk for any questions or queries that may arise.
Course selection: Course selection offers something for students of all levels, through variations of programmes taught in groups and privately.
Accommodation: Accommodation is available through the school in Homestay, Shared Flat and Private Apartment facilities.

Insider tip: “A school for the Spanish students of the German language. 90% of the classes in it are devoted to it. Also at the school engaged in foreign students studying Spanish. 99% say the Germans. Over the past year except for me there was only one non-German student. If you are from Germany - I would recommend this school. There are even signs and inscriptions all in Spanish and German. If you are like me, are not connected with Germany, I do not advise. Germans after playing a handful to each other and communicate in their native language. Director of the German school. And he judging by the reviews of teachers, it is very difficult boss. From that school big staff turnover and the quality of teaching is not the best. Teachers are not rare trash when it is direct in the classroom give write some text, and then in the end of the session to check it. And while the students themselves write about their business. Thus a half hour classroom is spent on what could be the homework. Beyond classroom activities were not provided. One time I asked for a children's group of German students on a tour, which was held by a teacher from the school, who himself was the first time in this place. That's all. More or anything not offered for 2 weeks. My resume - learn Spanish in a Spanish environment - it's very cool, and I will still repeat, but school choice I was very wrong”

Is there any guarantee that I'll be fluent at the end of your course?
“While language courses can really help you improve your skills, there's no guarantee you'll be fluent by the end of the course. Fluency depends on a number of factors. If the course is on the shorter side – say, a few weeks or months – it's unlikely you'll become fully fluent. You'll need to practise consistently for a longer period of time to become fluent. An intensive, immersive course with several hours of study each day can help you make quicker progress, but it still depends on your starting level and how much effort you put into learning. If you're a complete beginner, it might be unrealistic to expect to achieve fluency within a short course. It often takes years of practice to become fluent, especially if you're learning in a non-immersive environment. If you're studying in a country where Spanish is spoken and you're interacting with locals regularly, you're likely to improve much faster. While a language course can provide a strong foundation and accelerate your progress, fluency is a gradual process that depends on time, effort, immersion, practice, and real-life exposure. ”
