Location: Les ateliers FL Lyon is in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon, which is in the heart of the city. It is the hipster area of the city, with cobbled streets, impressive landmarks, boutique shops and quaint eateries. It is part of the Lyon music scene with a selection of vinyl stores to scroll through during the day and a lively nightlife with a variety of late-night clubs. Situated towards the south of this neighbourhood, the school is equal distance from the Rover Rhode and the River Saone
Public Transportation: The school is just three minutes by foot from the nearest metro station, Hôtel de Ville L. Pradel. This station has both the A and C services running through it, which both connect to various popular locations in the city. There are a large number of bus stops close to the school for routes that run all over the city, making it easy to navigate Lyon from Les ateliers FL Lyon.
Things to see in Lyon: What is referred to as the central point in Lyon is walkable in around five minutes. The main cluster of attractions is situated across the River Saone from Les ateliers FL Lyon. To reach places such as La Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière and the Teatro Galo-Romano, students can hop on public transportation and be there in 18 minutes, or alternatively meander through the streets by foot in just over 20 minutes.
Courses: In addition to General French programmes, which are available to students of all levels throughout the year, Les ateliers FL Lyon also provides University Pathway and programmes of private tuition. These one-to-one and two-to-one courses are available in conjunction with or independently from any other programme.

I realised that Monday is a bank holiday. Would the week start on the Tuesday? Will they make up for the lessons?
“The school is closed on bank holidays. In case Monday is a bank holiday the course will start on Tuesday. Private classes are recuperated or refunded. However the school can't make up for lessons that fall on bank holidays and they can't offer a refund. This is the standard policy applied by the majority of schools.

“The class of his level is composed of only adults, most of them are preparing to go to university. If that is convenient for him and he is accompanied by an adult every day then we can accept him. Unfortunately, we cannot accept him in a host family if he will be coming on his own, plus the average age will be at late 20’s/30’s.
