Venue: Taiwan Chinese Academy (TCA) is located in the southern end of Taipei’s Zhongzheng District. Many of Taipei City’s main attractions are easily accessible from TCA: the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is 15 minutes away on foot and the Taipei Botanical Garden can be reached in less than 20 minutes of walking. There are also two major temples in the area, each of which can be reached in 20 minutes by metro: Lungshan Temple and Xingtian Temple.
Student Centred: TCA is a student centred school and they place a lot of emphasis on providing a positive learning environment for all their students. Group classes are small, no more than 6 people, and the school offers general or intensive classes year round. Other study options include their popular one-to-one programmes, as well as evening and weekend classes.
Getting around: Taiwan Chinese Academy is in the heart of it all and really well connected to the rest of the city. From the school it takes three minutes to get to the Guting metro station which services both the Songshan-Xindian Green line and Zhonghe-Xinlu Orange line. There are also several bus stops in the immediate area. Taipei Main Station, the main hub for metro and railway, is a 13 minute metro ride from TCA. Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) is under 50 km from the school and travel time from Taipei Main Station to the Airport is approximately 40-50 minutes by public transport.

“Taiwan does not use the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) system for local and international transactions. Instead, they have a system of bank codes and specific account numbers for transfers. The bank details we have sent you are correct. When you make your transaction, you must select international transaction because you are making a transfer outside the zone. If you encounter any further difficulties, it would be best to contact your bank for assistance.
