4 Learn in Antibes

It includes 20 lessons plus 8 sessions with each session spanning two weeks: Learn a language and take the time to get in touch with your emotional and physical well-being. 3 Activities per week ranging from: carefully selected techniques to provide relaxation with a blend of yoga (soft yoga or aerial yoga), meditation classes, nature walks with sunset aperitifs, and botanical garden Tai Chi followed by a tea garden ceremony. Arrival on a Sunday and departure on a Saturday. A perfect blend of work and relaxation, this language stay has been specially designed by the teams at the Centre International d’Antibes. It gives students the opportunity to learn French in the morning before taking part in workshops and exclusive activities with an experienced guide 4 afternoons a week. In addition, participants on this programme will be housed in the same residence, thus facilitating interaction and creating a welcoming, international immersive experience. French classes are held from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:30. They will focus on grammar and oral and reading comprehension in accordance with the recommendations of the CEFR, based on the proficiency of each student. A unique French language learning experience, combining the structure of French classes with the relaxation of well-being activities and the fun of socializing. A dedicated guide: Participants on this meditation programme will be supported by a dedicated experienced guide who will lead the group for 4 afternoons. This dynamic, attentive guide will adapt to the group and the wishes of participants in order to draw up a bespoke programme, dedicated to the emotional and physical wellbeing of participants. An international experience: Learning French with the help of this package means opting for an international experience with an opportunity to meet people who share the same interests as you. It gives you the opportunity to combine work, meditation and exploring the Côte d’Azur whilst continuously practicing the French language in a fun way during classes and sporting activities! Exclusive activities: On the programme: an induction day and tour of the town of Antibes, pilates and yoga by the sea, excursion to Estérel, chanoyu tea ritual and tour of Nice.
