The Trinity CertTESOL qualification enables you to teach English to speakers of other languages. It is used as a benchmark of quality by the British Council for their accredited language schools in the UK and their own teaching operations abroad. The course is accredited by Trinity College London.
Students can choose to do the course in either 8 weeks (part-time) or 7 months (part-time) which includes 2 evenings and 1 Saturday per month.

Teacher Training (T-1.20) Language and Methodology
For people who teach English to secondary and adult learners. The lessons focus on language teaching methodology and personal language development.Course runs from June 22nd to August 2nd. Students may attend 2, 3 or 4 weeks within that time frame.The core of the language and methodology course consists of 20 lessons per week of language teaching methodology and personal language development. In this course, participants will experience and explore lively and creative teaching strategies and teaching aids, gaining ideas to refresh their own teaching and developing their own language proficiency. Contexts for language development work will reflect the interests of the group and will include aspects of British life and culture.

CLIL Methodology - Intensive
This course is aimed at teachers that would like to refresh their language skills. They will get the chance to observe experienced EFL teachers in the classroom, practice essential strategies, skills and activities, be introduced to theories, be exposed to various teaching techniques through loop input, study in-depth the role of language and language development and focus on encouraging learner autonomy and lexical range.The course includes 30 lessons of CLIL methodology.
It is aimed at teachers who are non-native speakers of English who
- need to teach their subjects through the medium of English.
- teach students aged 10 and over.
- are planning to be CLIL teachers in the future.
- will be running or supporting the CLIL component in their own schools
What will you study:
- practise essential strategies, skills and activities.
- be introduced to a theoretical aspect of the above techniques.
- be exposed to various teaching techniques through loop input.
- study in-depth the role of language and language development in a CLIL context covering the four skills.
