Spanish cuisine owes a large part of its typical dishes to the Arabs. Although many cultural achievements from that period were forgotten when the Christians reconquered Spain, the art of cooking and baking has remained. You will learn how to prepare some of the most exquisite recipes coming from Al-Andalus times. The teacher at the cooking school CookEle is a professional cook with many years of experience in catering. She will demonstrate the preparation of special dishes, or a tapas selection and she combines teaching Spanish with her passion for cooking.
