What our students said about Panama City

We had no transportation except Uber. Since we didn't know the neighborhood, we didn't know where to visit. We spent most afternoons and evenings studying. The only place I visited with my friend was the Casco Viejo. The last day before we left, our hostess invited us to go with her to walk in a park and to do shopping for clothing, that was very nice.

5.0Kitty Taiwan

A city that can be visited in just 2 or 3 days (excluding nearby outdoor activities)

1.0JEAN France

Didn't expect it to be so nice. Great transport links to the airport.

4.0Heiko Germany

Nice modern city, good climate. There is everything you need.

3.0Stefanie Germany

I am a rural person, so my appreciation is distorted.

What language school directors said about Panama City

Few cities in Latin America can match the diversity of Panama City. The historic colonial architecture contrasts with many modern skyscrapers. With its unique position on world trade routes, this thriving commercial and business city attracts immigrants from all around the world, resulting in a multi-cultural melting pot. This cosmopolitan city has much to offer its visitors in terms of entertainment, both during the day and at night.

Easy access to school and staff. They were very polite, professional and helpful. Lia and Sylvie tried to make our trip even more pleasurable by finding enjoyments or tours in the afternoon. Thank you so much. Loved being taught by Juan, the teacher. He was so patient with us old beginners!
Loved the school. Thought about returning.

Very nice atmosphere for learning. Lots of digital learning elements, so the expensive textbooks are not absolutely necessary. Good organization of teaching time.

Information about Panama City

Why Panama City? Panama is a fusion of history and modernity and is by far the most cosmopolitan capital in Central America. It is both a vibrant metropolis and gateway to tropical escapes. Welcoming both east and west, Panama is a hub of trade and immigration. The resulting cultural cocktail mix leads to a refreshing 'anything goes' attitude, more dynamic and fluid than that of its Central and South American neighbours. Casco Viejo, its cobblestoned historic centre is famed for colonial-era landmarks like the neoclassical Palacio Presidencial and bougainvillea-filled plazas lined with cafes and bars.

Q&A - Questions about Spanish courses and schools in Panama City

I have been studying Spanish for approximately a year via a formal course, private tutor, and audio lessons. I would like to continue my studies in Panama, and I would be interested in regular lessons and conversation practice. However, I will be on vacation with my spouse and should not engage in daily lessons that will interfere with vacation opportunities. Can you offer some recommendations?
Considering that flexibility is important for you, I would suggest private lessons. You can book private lessons in the morning or in the evening, adapting the schedule to your availability. Because of the personal environment, the teacher can accurately monitor how well the student is mastering the lessons and can adapt the pace and targeting of skills accordingly.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about Spanish courses in Panama City

I would like to know if it is possible to have Spanish lessons for a week's stay in Panama.
Yes, of course, we have a school that offers a course of 20 lessons per week, 4 lessons of 50 minutes per day from 9:00 to 13:00, and starts every Monday. If you are an absolute beginner there are fixed starting dates. Let us know the period you are interested in and we will check availability for you.
Antonio Zoppo, Language Travel Consultant from LanguageCourse.Net - Feb 23, 2023
I don't want to be in the same class with other students with the same mother tongue.
For the division into the language courses, the schools first ensure that the students are at the same level. You can find out what the nationality mix is usually on the school website. However, every student is welcome at the school and it cannot be guaranteed that you will only be in the class with other nationalities. Either way, the teachers will speak the language you want to learn so that you can quickly improve your language skills.

The evaluations by students after they complete a course is excellent. The discount for using your website is also a great incentive. It also would be wonderful if the website would include more cities and a bigger selection of schools in each city.
Basil Havens verified client
The service of languagecourse.net is great, I booked already 3 schools and I can highly recommend it. In fact, I tell everybody I meet on my journey in South America about this website and how well everything is organized.
Gabriele Ragger verified client
I am very satisfied. I found more/relevant information on your webpage than on the school's website itself. It is the cheapest offer. I'm going to book my next course on your site soon.

Just keep up the good work. The organization is excellent, so that even less experienced travellers would feel ok to come to China. I also felt really good in the host family, they were really great!
