Location: Sprachschule Aktiv Regensburg is located in the medieval city of Regensburg, on the banks of the Danube River in southeast Germany. The school is housed centrally and is within walking distance of local attractions such as Dultplatz, Schloss Emmeram Park, Steinerne Brücke, St Peter Cathedral and the Haus der Bayerischen. There are several high street shops, eateries, restaurants and links to public transport close by. Munich (MUC) and Nuremberg (NUE) Airports are within a 90-minute journey of the school via public transport.
School facilities: The school facilities include a cafeteria, a library and a student support desk for any questions or queries. All classrooms are equipped with heating and have ample natural light to create an optimal learning environment.
Methodology: Sprachschule Aktiv Regensburg uses didactic and communitive methods to enhance the teachings of their groups. Group numbers are kept low, so students get ample time to pose questions, have them answered, and enjoy individual attention from teachers when necessary.
Course selection: In addition to General German courses taught over a choice of schedules, the school also teaches English as a foreign language.
